Times they are a changing...

As I open up a new chapter in the book of my life, I look back at all the things of gotten me to the point that I am now. Strength, smarts, determination, perseverance, and many hours working towards specific goals.

Things have been very busy the past couple months, the last time I blogged I had just received my RYT certification, I definately try to implement yoga into my daily life, outside of teaching, y'know yoga for myself. I finally landed my crow pose... as you see in the picture. What a feeling that was...

I am working closely with a group of restaurants, as a bar/beer program manager. Where I am going to be starting a BierYoga program on June 4th. It has proved unfortunate  that I have not addressed my love of beer on this website or blog, which I find terribly silly. I used to not want to mention alcohol with health, but in no way am I advocating people drink till their health is failing. All in moderation right!! So moving forward, that amazing information will be available as well. I will be building a spot into the website called "The Brew-tiful Life". I am sure it will be a stellar additive to this part of my life, I love beer as much as yoga. The history is as rich too!

I am über excited to share all the new things I have learned recently, and that I plan on learning in the future.

I can only hope to bring culture and balance to two communities that could benefit so much from each other. I have found in so many yoga classes, people are so worried they will be judged, for their weaknesses or level, I want people to come and focus on the breathing, poses, and beers. That was there is zero time for judgement! Only time for relaxation and fun.

I plan to teach not only yoga poses but history of beer from time to time as well! Intergrating these most interesting of topics should make fort an interesting class !

I wish you all the happiness, peace and balance from your practice everyday..In this crazy world full of beer, baseball, work schedules, play schedules, politics, drama, war, and love.

Give as much love as you can spare.

Don't react to the negative, embrace it.

Till next time

Namaste

Lo
