When both of these amazing words are brought together we obtain a sort of power tool for our brain.
In tradition strategy has always been something used to meticulously plan a attack, or schedule that will overtake our opponent...I remember playing RISK with a friend when I was younger. Going back and forth attempting to control the other side. It was never easy, to gain the control, it takes patience, determination, intelligence and passion to gain such big ideas. I compare this now to the way I have to control my brain, I have used strategy to teach myself ritualistic habits. I go through these rituals on a daily basis, I use them to my advantage to help keep me balanced and in a state of happiness that is unparalleled. No matter what your ritual is own it. I tell myself everyday how much what I do helps to establish balance, and prepare me for all that I need to do.
Ritual is all up to you, I have chosen to do yoga as much as I possibly can. I like to wake up and do yoga so it starts my day correctly. Ritualistically some people pray, I meditate.
In meditation I personally have found the ritual the complements my strategy so well.
I will end with this thought if you could continue over and over every day and make yourself become more ritualistic in orde

r to make your life easier would not be exactly what you wanted to do?
Let the wonder remain always within you.
