Early Mornings

Waking up give me hard for anybody especially when it's 5 o'clock in the morning. I wake up most occasions and start my day with stretching or some type of yoga practice. I don't always go into a full-fledged Vinyasa at 5 o'clock that's for sure.

After I wake up I'm usually on my way to some form of work, or practice, being productive is one of my main motivators.


I think my grandmother told me once that the more you move the easier it is to keep moving, you'll hear plenty of advice, quips, and sayings from my grandmother since she is the one who taught me just about everything on now.
